Come on in guys! Results for reward are still be tallied, but lets get to your next challenge while that is being done...
But first...

We will be having an old school pick 'em,
just like you used to do in elementary school!!

Former outcasts, these 4 fought the hardest to get back into the game...
Meet your team captains!
So as you can so we only have 4 captains, which means 4 tribes, Galu is no longer.
So lets do this! The way it will work is, beginning with the results of the team captain challenge, they will pick the tribe they will represent:

So lets do this! The way it will work is, beginning with the results of the team captain challenge, they will pick the tribe they will represent:
Timbira
Casaya
Saboga
Aitu
Ethan, will pick first, Paloma, James, and finally Tom.They will also pick their players as they pick their tribe. Once the 4 tribes and first 4 players are picked, the recently picked player for each tribe will pick a player of their choice in the same order. This will continue until there are no players left and each tribe has 8 people. Any player can be picked.
Example:
Jamie picks Aitu and Ozzy
Erik picks Casaya and Julie
Sydney picks Saboga and Adam
Christa picks Timbira and Shawn
Ozzy picks Natalie
Julie picks Jeff Probst
Adam picks Parvati
Shawn picks Brendan
and so forth until everyone is gone.
The actual challenge will take place when the new tribes are formed and everyone is settled in their new camps 
So lets try and do this as quickly as possible, if we see someone holding it up for too long, we may random.org their pick so we can move on.
While this is going on, I will tally the results for the reward challenge, announce the winning tribe and each member of that former tribe will receive their reward in their confessional. As stated in the beginning of the challenge, it is something that will come into play later in the game.

Each member will have 12 hours to decide from the time you are picked. We would like this to go as quickly as possible though and don't want to hold things up, however we do want you to get your pick which is why every member has been send a PM asking to give us their top 5 choices in the event they are not around when their name is picked.
