Volume I: Originis, Chapter 1: Beginnings

Well here shall be where my round 1 talk shall go.

Quick talk:

I have quickly developed a good relationship with Corrine. He is from Australia, myself New Zealand so we already get along great. I was quick (albeit in a subtle way) to secure that F2 with him due to it being almost perfect due to our common grounds which were many. So he has told me of a potential alliance Dreamz approached him about involving himself, Corrine and Sandra. A day later I seem to be incoporated into that alliance thanks to building those relationships with all those tribe members.

I have been making good relationships with everyone except Crystal who I have yet to see. Sandra and me flirted a hell of a lot and thats not normally how I roll. Flirting does no good for you I already know that. So no way do I trust her. I like giving the impression I am "on the whip" it just makes it so much more funnier when you get them out Of course I am not planning to get rid of Sandra yet but everything is an option although big moves screw you early on.

I am seriously still worried about my lateness. Although it appears no alliances were built before my arrival, I am smarter then to believe that. Me and Coach have an alliance due to being the new kids on the block and he seemed to agree to it. Russell who is just wierd (asked me to "wash him" because he is dirty?!?!?! What is that about?) Then asked me to join him in an alliance after I practically had to spell it out to him to ask me. I felt like a girl trying to get a guy to ask her out.

But things are going well for now. I hope. Swaps are going to be coming and will probably be good for me. I am just worried of people from my last game. They are hunting for blood for sure and they will be here. Apparently I am "The Russell who gets a jury to vote for him" well if I am Russell, you are Laura and off with your head(s). Huge drama will unfold as a warning. In my short time (2 cancelled games and 1 completed game) I already have an arch-enemy who has hated me in all three. Got him out 3 times too, once when I wasn't even in his tribe and he got pissed by that. Well it ain't gonna matter what tribe he is in again, if I find him and he is gunning for me for the fourth straight time, he can go for the fourth straight time. And his followers are bound to be here. Just a matter of executing them.

But before all that I need to secure my pre-merge safety. More on that tomorrow and also my strategies as such i.e Taking threats out early, controlling other tribes etc. The latter part will be interesting given the number of tribes in the game. It could also be risky but I recognise a few people I could try get to help me. But as I said, more on that tomorrow.

Its 4AM and I am getting tired. I have heard good things about you guys as hosts and you seem by far the most organised I have seen, especially you Jaime. Perhaps Eric is more behind the scenes. But you Jaime seem to have a deep passion for these games which I love as I too seem to be developing one (I rejected several offers to join this and then couldn't resist) and I hope I can provide full details of the game (aslong as I stick around that is). Don't be afraid to ask any questions too!brunetteballer (Old Darrah) was the host of my first completed game which I won then Season 3 which mysteriously got cancelled. I believe her computer was hacked or virus instead of her cancelling though. Good night/morning

Well this game is certainly going to be unique. Typically I have excelled where by getting other tribes to do stuff for me. However generally there is only one other tribe. Now there are 6. My social game with mingling with the other tribes is going to be another problem. I don't know how I am going to communicate and develop those relationships with the other tribes like I have in the past. I might try focus on one tribe where I know a few people. Otherwise it just puts a target on my back.

For now I think I am safe. I have an ANZAC alliance with Corrinne and also a Gabon F2 kinda thing with him. We seem solid, talk a bit about sports which is great. I probably should talk to him more to reaffirm our bond more. It's just he is not one for alot of talk so I generally have to bring up convos.

Sandra and me are getting "married," I proposed last night. We are planning on the wedding to be on FTC night to avoid any potentially awkwardness as I think people will target a married couple.

Dreamz and me seem to have an understanding of a F4, me and Corrinne and him and Sandra. That kind of worries me as he is bringing Sandra into it so she is obviously two-faced. What did I tell you Jaime? Women get away with murder.

Coach and I have a "new comers alliance" that will work for us "long and short term" apparently. It feels loose to me and Dreamz talks to Coach it seems and he was stupid enough to let it slip he was talking to Corrinne (I knew about) and Coach (I didn't) strategically. So that concerns me a bit. He seems to like PMing which is annoying.

Russell is one of those, anti-social oddballs quite common in these games. Aside from being plan wierd, he never communicates in a normal way. Making odd comments and such. Well he is an easy person to manipulate. I told Corrinne it might be best if we use him as we can control him easier than Coach as our "third wheel." The negatives are Coach is more stable but he could potentially have more deals then we want.

What does he mean he knew I would? What the hell does that mean?!?!? We barely talk because of his terrible social game and because he is so damn boring (except when he makes strange comments). I am pretty sure he is trying to flirt with me or something. I pray he is not a he but a she.

In terms of the other tribes; I have talked to Cirie abit but I know her from my previous games. I let her give me some "advice" and such although I probably don't need it anyway. She though Sandra was an old women! Well that was wrong. Jenna M has been contacting everyone and offered me a massage which was just awkward. She was asking me what I want her too rub and it seemed to be in a sexual way. There is a line and that was too far. But I have told people she is contacting alot of people so hopefully it will screw her anyway. One other guy who I know from the past (forget his name) I have talked to a bit. His characters name escapes me for now and I can't check the AIM list right now. JAIME! His AIM is like vanjohnk I think. Theres a few other AIMs I recognise and I will begin talking to them. Gain control of their minds, plant those seeds, destroy those tribes.

Well typically I take out big threats early on. Makes an easy end-game where you can focus on winning a jury. I hope to try achieve this again but with so many players, I just simply won't be able to judge who the threats are on all the tribes. I think for no, the only threat in this tribe is Sandra, potentially Dreamz. I need them though so I have no intention of taking them out. I also think come merge time (I find my merge game is by far my best) I can deal with them. But no real strategic threats yet. I may have to play a more downlow game for this one as trying to be dominating again may not work with so many people. I will slowly gain control of my tribe. I am content with that for now.

More later on. I hope we win Immunity. Like big time. Will be disappointing if I go because of Timezone issues.

Well there have been positives and negatives from our IC loss. It started off with me getting 4 of us into a group chat and we decided we could win. I just can't believe Casaya did it almost at the exact same time. We were abit slow at the start and it ultimatly cost us. However I think I managed to gain respect in bringing our tribe together. There are positive from losing. I managed to unite my tribe against Casaya which was hillarious. They know all hate them and for some reason REALLY hate Jenna M even though everything she said was true! Taj was the one who was lying not Jenna haha. But now they hate the entire Casaya tribe for robbing us of victory. Either way it seems to be good and has brought us closer so I don't mind. But I do kinda mind winning as we put alot of effort into it.

Well today I have had 2 big alliances confirmed. Coach proposed one when myself, Corrine (whos name I keep on forgeting to spell) and Sandra were doing the challenge in the group chat. So of course we all accepted that. The second was Dreamz, me, Corrine and Sandra which we all agreed with. I told Sandra for the Coach one we would include Dreamz. Why? Because I am sure her and Dreamz have a solid F2. From a previous game too. Although I am not 100% sure, Corrine agrees something is up with those two too. We plan on bringing Coach in as our third. So that at F5, Corrine and I can make a move. I just have to make sure that Corrine and I have Coach's trust over Dreamz and Sandra.

Dreamz is quickly becoming a far bigger threat than I thought. He is very similar to me in a way. Although not as subtle. He was make this big speech to me and Corrine about sticking together, how trust is the most important thing and blah blah blah. He seems very bright for a newbie. Far too good I feel. But it doesn't matter either way. New or not, everyone has potential to be threatening. But his whole speech etc, well that is my kinda thing to say! Although I make it less subtle that I am trying to bring us together. I give examples in the real game how it works etc. But if he wants to take the leadership role, I say go ahead. Means he will get blamed for things and get targeted my HII etc. I am pretty sure I am in control of this tribe anyway so I am not too concerned about Dreamz. However I use those "inspirational" speeches too so I have to be careful he doesn't out me, me! I think I need to start reinforcing to Coach especially that Sandra/Dreamz have a premade alliance and a very tight. More for the long term plan.

I generally like long term planning. I think it works extremely well. The problem in this game is that with so many people, tribal swaps etc make long term planning pointless. I have begun to contact random people and people I recognise from other tribes. Because every knows swaps WILL happen. I need to make those connections to be atleast a tad safe come swap time. I have told Corrine also too so that we are both safe. I doubt my current F4s will reach the end. There are just too many people and too many potential swaps for it to become reality.

Well Crystal is going tonight. I want to give Russell a chance, especially after I convinced every to get rid of him, only to find out that Simplton WASNT him. Huge back tracking by me in the end. But it worked and everyone agreed. I said that the new Russell tried in the challenge, while Crystal did one thing and never talks on AIM. And really I don't want to play with someone who doesn't even try to communicate. So sorry for Crystal but her time is up. She should of atleast replied to my PM! That really pisses me off. I feel I have had a great start to this game. Perhaps I am too much of a leader at this stage but I feel if people like the person leading, it ain't gonna matter.

Well this will probably be the end of Chapter 1: Beginnings, I see no other potentially drama with Dreamz wanting to "keep everything calm so not to cause further trouble" lol. Imma have alot of fun with this guy I can tell you right now. Any questions feel free to ask too!
