Hey Ashley thanks. First of all I just want to clarify something with what I said to you. I told you that I was gonna step down from the game if it were just us(Vinnere Alliance) and you left in the final 5-6. But that thing never happened as the other members of the alliance got voted out earlier than expected. So when things changed, I don’t think I felt obliged to hold up to that promise since the occasion did not present itself in this game and that is why I did not step down like I said I would because the final 5-6 was not the Vinnere Alliance.
1) What was your biggest lie in the game and how did it help you get here?
I don’t think I had a lie that I considered was major enough or helped me get to where I am. Like Randy said there was no point lying in the game when everything was clear cut. I guess lying to Aras that I was voting you is the one thing I could remember but I don’t think it necessarily impacted my being here in the end.
2) What move do you regret making, if at all and why?
I do not regret anything I did in this game. Whatever I did got me here in the end and that’s what’s important.
3) Please tell me who was the mastermind behind each jury members elimination and tell me what you know about those rounds.
Cirie – This was Aras’ and Terry’s doing as they were the people we sought out other than Ashley to flip to the Vinnerre alliance but sadly we were mistaken as they led us to believe they were gonna vote with us but didn’t.
Amanda – I would say I took part for this to happen but again Aras voting the way he did made it possible to tie giving me the chance to beat Amanda in the tiebreaker.
Yul – Randy for beating him in the TB but Aras’ bootlist blunder caused the tie in the first place so I think he should also get credit for this one.
Rob C – Aras no doubt. We thought he was solid with the Vinnerre alliance but it turned out that he flipped back again to the Sabaya side and took out Rob C with them.
Natalie – Another Aras move. We did not know what to expect from the other side and we were hoping for a tie at least but that didn’t happen since Aras felt having Natalie was a major jury threat.
Ethan – I would believe that it was a group effort between You, Aras, Randy and I. Randy and I made sure that Aras was gonna make sure the vote was heading Ashley’s way instead of me since Randy won immunity. And because I made a deal with Aras not to write each other’s name down I got him to make sure it was Ashley the other side were voting.
Mookie – You for beating him in the TB . Also had it not been for Terry forgetting to vote then a TB wouldn’t have occurred.
Taj – definitely me. At this point I had two alliances going. One with you and Randy, the other one with Terry and Aras. So there was no point for me to keep Taj around like Randy wanted. Also if it weren’t for Taj approaching me, I wouldn’t have had a solid proof that I could present to Terry and Aras to lock in their votes with us.
Aras – Randy may have been the one who convinced me and Terry that Aras needed to go. But as I said above I was aligned to both sides at this point as both Terry and Aras didn’t want to vote against me as well as You and Randy didn’t want to vote against me. I had to ask Terry if he was willing to vote off Aras to make it easier on me and it came to be a surprise when he readily said yes. When Aras tried to pull of the black vote thing. For the first time in the merge I was paranoid and doubtful that the whole thing would work but Randy calmed me down and I obligingly voted along with you guys plus Terry to oust Aras.
Terry – the challenge decided his fate.
Ashley – definitely Randy’s decision. And yes he and I did a “just in case” final 2 deal to make sure each of us stays if each other wins. You and I didn’t really have one since the only thing I remember promising you was the final 5 thing and not writing each other’s name down. Both of which I believe I was able to uphold.
4) Do you both think you would have made it this far had I not flipped at merge?
Absolutely not. You were just as much as an important vote as any members of the Vinnere alliance. Without you we would have been probably picked off one by one.
5) Who do you think would be in the final 2 if there was no outcast twist?
It’s hard to tell what could have happened had there been no outcast twist. For sure I wouldn’t be sitting here right now without it. It’s just that this game have been very unpredictable that anyone could have possibly made it to the finals.
6) If I didn't have real life stuff come up, I would have had more then 2 hours to do challenge, and not to be cocky, but I think I would have won in that case. Tell me what you think would have happened in that case.
I cannot predict what would’ve happened but considering that you and I made a deal to not write each other’s name down, I think Randy would have left and you and I would have been sitting in the final 2.
7) If the final 2 was me and Randy/Tom, who would win?
It would be a toss up between Randy and you. You both did a completely different game. Each of which deserves to win the game in their own right. I think it would be a very close vote between you two and I don’t know what could eventually be the deciding factor to tip the scales in favor of one person.
8) Tell me what made you two decide to form an alliance to counter the Yul/Taj/Ethan..etc. alliance.
I have decided it long before I met Randy and it was when Taj decided I wasn’t worthy enough to be part of her alliance for being the first to betray it. So when I came back, I knew I didn’t want to have to align with them since they didn’t want me anyway.
9) Why should I vote for you?
You promised me that you wouldn’t write my name down and would only write it if it were to crown me as winner. I don’t want to hold you up on that promise so feel free to break it if you must. But to defend my case as to why I should be the winner is because considering I was voted out of the game I still made it all the way to the end and I was able to make the right deals that secured my safety each round regardless of whether I was immune or not. I didn’t need to constantly feel like my safety in the game relied solely on winning Immunities and yet I always gave my all in the challenges because I was dedicated to play this game.
10) Since I do not know much about either of you, and from what I saw in gameplay, I want you to tell me in a paragraph or two about who you are as a person outside the game/tell me a little bit about yourself.
Well my name is Leif and I live in the Philippines. I enjoy video games and being online on my laptop all day. I like watching movies and hanging out with my friends. I love Italian food and would love to visit places like Italy, Paris and the United States. I am also a bookworm who likes to read a good book or two when I am not busy chatting online or whatever lol.
11) What was the best move in general in your opinion and why?
The best move in general was when Yul was voted out. Yul was clearly one of the head of the Sabaya alliance and without him that alliance started to fall apart which gave our side some hope to stay alive in the game.
12) What was the dumbest move in the game in your opinion and why?
Paloma’s screenshots. It was just so pointless to the point that even if it were true nobody seemed to believe it.
13) Who is your favorite player from this game and explain why. One from Jury and one from pre-jury.
From the jury I would say Rob C. I mean how many times could you see someone mutiny in a cast of 49 people and make it to the jury stage? That was some risky feat but it paid off really well for him as it got him further than what he would have gotten had he stayed in his tribe.
From the Pre-Jury I would say Frosti. Let’s face it that dude may be annoying but he was surely some entertainment. I would love to see him play again even if it annoys me lol.
14) Do you feel that you represented the player you played as well?
In my opinion sure! I know others would say no but that’s how they feel not mine. I think I presented Tom like how he was considerate and would hear out what others would have to say. He was a team player and I believe I was myself. I did not step on as many toes just like Tom didn’t make that many enemies. Overall, I think he would be proud of how I played this game.
15) Here are 10 mean words: retarded, bipolar, moronic, delusional, brainless, insipid [refering to personality], heartless, clusterfucktard, cunt [in the whole extent], ambiguous.
Assign one to each juror and tell me why. You can't be nice about anything during this question or you will have a harder time getting my vote.
Nope, not gonna do it. Randy and I agreed that this was just going too far. If this loses me your vote then I feel sorry for you because I am not that kind of person who would use words like these to bash other people because I myself wouldn’t want to hear people saying this to me. Refer to the golden rule.
16) Use a nice word and attach it to a juror and explain why you did.
Cirie – Experienced. I gave this to Cirie because I have seen how she evolved from the player that she was in other games. She definitely have learned a lot and just like the real Cirie she was able to learn from it and use it to her advantage.
Amanda – A good sport. I think it was nice of Amanda to extend a hand to me and congratulate me for winning the TB against her. She was really a good sport about it and I admire her for that.
Yul – Amazing. Yul was a powerhouse pre-merge. And I was in awe about how he was so good in the challenges. I really admire people who can do a lot of work in the challenges and make sure their tribe wins.
Ethan – Impressive. It was impressive to see Ethan doing all the 24 hour posting challenges or being number one in the outcast twist challenge. He has just done so many things challenge wise that you just would feel impressed about.
Taj – I would have to say loyalty . She stuck to her side regardless if it were dwindling down or not. She just had that unwavering loyalty that only she could have done.
Natalie – Angel. She is just such an angel. The good natured person that I don’t think could hurt a fly. She was always the soft spoken out of everyone and could compose herself easily even if she was upset.
Rob C – The Best. I just love this guy because you don’t have to worry about any problems when you are around him. He would be there to cheer you up or make you laugh or just give you a good time.
Mookie – Respectful. Mookie was respectful and that’s what I like about him. He is a good friend of mine and even though he and I were on different alliances he still respected me for what my decisions were in the game.
Aras – Friendly. Aras is a good friend. He never turns down a chance to chat and I have always enjoyed it.
Terry – Compassionate. I am sure people that knows Terry knows that he is very affectionate and compassionate. Talking to Terry always makes me feel loved and respected. He is fun to be with too
Ashley – Sweet. I think you are sweet when you are in the mood to be sweet. I remember our conversations and I always feel like you are welcoming and inviting.
17) If you had the power to nullify a juror's vote who would you nullify and why?
If I had the power to nullify a juror’s vote, I would actually nullify yours so that I don’t have to answer all of these questions lol. But I mean if I get your vote for it then I guess I would have a hard time nullifying someone’s vote.
18) Name as many things that you know about me...... I know this has nothing to do with the game itself....but to me....getting to know each person in this game is very very important.
I know your name. I know you are living in Canada. And I know Boston Rob was your bestfriend and not your boyfriend as people thought it was.
This is all I can do for now. Will be answering others when I don't have a massive migraine.
